Being made of a non-metal core and a sponge with the density of 35 kg/m³, this mattress has become CNC in a way that it can offer an imitation of the pocket spring and provide more density to some levels of the central core for acceptance of heavy parts of the body (such as the belly, pelvis and thighs). Sponges with different densities are used in this central core for the lighter parts of the body. This design makes the spine to be placed on the horizontal level. The central core of Smart mattress is covered with thermal fuses and sponges with different densities and its structure is completed by a zoned gel memory foam. This method is aimed at distribution of the density of the weight on the gel memory foam so that receiving and recording the data related to the body shape and weight become faster. This whole set is covered with an elastic spandex cloth made of viscose thread which meets the European standards. The height of this mattress is 26 cm (+2) and it tolerates up to 100 kg of weight.
