The central core of Majestic Memory mattress consists of a micro-pocket spring with separate springs which is super smart and takes the shape of all parts of the body. The word micro emphasizes on the smallness of the 4.5-cm opening of any spring that is used in the structure of this mattress. Smallness of the opening of the springs requires use of a larger number of springs so that there are 697 springs in size 90, 1312 in size 160 and 1517 in size 180. The larger the number of the springs in a mattress, the greater are its durability and resistance against heavy weights. Since the micro-pocket springs are smart, the springs in that part of the mattress that is under the pressure of greater weights (such as the belly, pelvis and thighs) tighten and move to a lower level while they go down less in the parts of the mattress where the lighter parts of the body are placed. This property has been designed with the aim of keeping the spine at one level. Another property of the micro-pocket spring technology is minimizing the wakeful person’s constant movement from one side of the mattress to the other side. The resulting relative stability is incomparable to the ordinary mattresses. The cover of Majestic Memory mattress is made of the Red Enjoy Knitting circular knit cloth which meets the European standards and makes breathing possible in the different layers of the mattress. This cover is quilted with a 2-cm memory foam. A piece of 4-cm memory foam is placed underneath the cloth so that it is more prepared to resist against the pressure from the user’s body. By this arrangement of the memory foams, the 6-cm layers of memory foam receive the data of the body weight and shape immediately after lying down and they adjust the mattress with the user’s body.
