The central core of Majestic Hybrid mattress is made of inter-connected high-carbon springs made of 2 mm wire. The number of springs used in Hybrid mattresses is 299 in size 90, 552 in size 160, and 621 in size 180. The whole set of springs is fastened by a frame in each mattress. The walls of this mattress are covered with a sponge with the density of 25 kg/m³ which gives it consistency, integration and strength. On one side of this mattress, a double pad is quilted to a 2-cm memory foam which means that the cloth is directly sewn to the memory foam. This type of sewing is not possible for all bedding manufacturers because it needs a very special and advanced machine while preparing rolled memory foam is not easily possible. The method of sewing in Majestic Hybrid mattress is in a way that immediately after the user lies on the mattress, his body touches the memory foam and he can benefit from its advantages. The space between this part and the central core is made of sponges with different thicknesses and also layers of thermal fuse. On the other side of this mattress, there is a V shaped pad which has no memory foam but is made of different layers of thermal fuse and sponge which are arranged to the central core of the mattress so that it is compatible to the taste of those who don’t like soft mattresses. A circular knit cloth is used in this mattress too so that breathing is possible for the mattress and sweating is avoided. It is noteworthy that use of the memory foam on the surface of the mattress creates a special softness in a medical mattress and prevents from tiring the body during sleep. The name hybrid has been chosen due to the simultaneous use of the spring system and memory foam. The height of this mattress is 33 cm (+3).
