The central core of Perfect Medical mattress is made of a layer of high-density sponge and it has no metal frame. In the manufacturing process of this mattress, several layers of thermal fuse and sponge and a gel memory foam with the density of 50 kg/m³ and thickness of 4 cm are used. These layers are ultimately covered by a circular knit cloth. The cover of this mattress has a very strong zipper and enduring cloth and it prevents from sweating because it makes breathing possible for the mattress. The cloth of Perfect Medical mattress which is offered in the two colors of grey and white-blue is made of woven viscose thread whose unique softness and lack of friction with the sheet or mattress protector prevents from heat production so that the cooling effect of the gel memory foam is not reduced or eliminated.

Difference between Gel Memory Foam & Memory Foam

The first memory invented to be used in the bedding goods was the memory foam which has a hot nature. Since heat is not pleasant during sleep all the time and for all the people, the innovators of this industry thought of manufacturing another type of memory so that in addition to recording and keeping the data related to the body weight and shape, it is not hot or produces no heat.
