The central core of Majestic Massage mattress is made of inter-connected springs with 2.2 mm wire and a V pad is placed on top of it to crate flexibility and beauty. The number of springs used is 299 in size 90, 414 in size 120, 552 in size 160, 621 in size 180. This set of springs is fastened by a 4-mm wire frame. A sponge with the density of 25 kg/m³ strengthens the walls of the mattress to create more consistency and integrity in its structure. There are layers of thermo bands, thermal fuses and sponges with different densities on top of the central core of this mattress and in the final step of production, a pad has been designed which creates a special comfort and beauty. The cloth used for this mattress is circular knit and meets the European standards. Beautiful patterns are sewn on this cloth by modern quilting machines. This mattress tolerates maximum 90 kg of weight.
